Maple Pecan Chip is a modern mashup of classic Thanksgiving dessert flavors.

This new American classic serves Thanksgiving pie in cookie form with maple sugar, heirloom pecans, dark chocolate, and a dash of sweet cinnamon.

The hero of this cookie is Raaka Maple Dark Baking Chocolate. A single-origin 75% dark chocolate from Semuliki Forest, Uganda lending notes of caramelized sugar, figs, and browned fruits.

Raaka practices Transparent Trade, paying farmers based on merit, not market. Unlike most modern trade certifications, this puts more money in farmers pockets and incentives cacao quality over quantity. 

Made with only 3 ingredients, cacao beans, maple sugar and cacao butter, Raaka's Maple dark chocolate inspired us to develop a modern Thanksgiving cookie that is simple, delicious, vegan, and fair.

Textured with sprouted American heirloom pecans and finished with French sea salt.

This one is best served chilled.
