This new American classic reimagines the crunchy hazelnut truffle with global inspiration from Capri's famous flourless chocolate cake, Torta Caprese, and Turin's Gianduja, the cocoa hazelnut spread that inspired N*tella.
Our seductive flavor is powered by our house-made gianduja, a 1:1 ratio of hazelnut to chocolate, with freshly ground hazelnut flour for an uncompromising grain free velvety texture like no other dessert in the world.
Textured with chopped Hazelnuts and topped with cocoa-dusted Hazelnut pieces for a deliciously satisfying crunch.
This one is best served chilled.
