To Warm: Place unwrapped treat on a parchment lined baking tray. Place baking tray in a preheated 350°F oven for 3-5 min. Remove, allow to cool. Enjoy. (Do not microwave!)

    This one is my favorite and top of the list for Lexington Bakes items that I have tried so far. Nice mouth feel and great pop of raspberry. Only 3 main ingredients with a dash of salt and a bit of vanilla!? PERFECT!

    Super tasty!! Love that this bar is not only delicious but has 4g of fiber, protein and nothing artificial -especially no sweeteners , (bc when ‘healthy food’ has this-immediately yuck).

    Breakfast Cookie!

    I recently tried the Raspberry Crumble Oat Bar from Lexington Bakes, and I’m hooked! The combination of crunchy oat crumble and tart raspberries is delicious. I’ve decided since it has oats I can have it for breakfast —indulgent yet wholesome. Definitely a five-star treat! Highly recommended!
