Lexington Bakes Berry Blackout Protein Cookies are soft and flavorful. The berry flavor is rich without being overly sweet, and they’re surprisingly filling. Perfect for a post-workout snack or when you want something sweet but still feel good about it. Definitely a repeat buy!

Lexington Bakes' Hazelnut Crunch Brownies are occasionally available on Good Eggs, so I knew they were amazing -- but hadn't previously tried these Fleur de Sel Brownies. As I generally avoid wheat, I was delighted to see that these are made with oat flour, and ordered a box to try. Happy to report that they are absolutely *delicious* -- with a beautifully fudgy texture, fantastic rich flavor, and a perfect sweet / salt balance. As a bonus, Lex provided the most excellent guest care (I'd emailed in with an ingredient question, fully expecting an auto-reply, or an employee's response -- but Lex himself answered, and was at that moment updating the site to display the pertinent info). These are truly amazing! The flavor is so deep and beautiful! It makes me think that I'm being a wine sommelier, but for desserts, when I try to describe the flavor notes! lol! If you love berries & chocolate, you will love the intensity of these! Lex, along with a few others, is going to revolutionize the dessert aisle! P.S. The only thing I think can be changed is less sugar. I'm not saying that from a health perspective, but from a taste perspective. I don't eat a ton of sugar, so they are a bit over sweet to me, but maybe not for others. Still awesome tho!

Lexington makes the best brownies and cookies ever!!I won’t buy them anywhere else and good wholesome ingredients to that is very important to me ☺️
