Homemade Whipped Cream

What is Whipped Cream?

Whipped cream is a light, airy dairy product made by beating heavy cream or whipping cream until it thickens and forms soft or firm peaks. The process incorporates air into the cream, giving it a fluffy texture that's perfect for desserts, beverages, and garnishes.

Perfect Pairings for Whipped Cream

  • Topping for pies, cakes, and ice cream.
  • Filling for pastries like cream puffs or eclairs.
  • Added to hot beverages like coffee or hot chocolate.
  • Folded into mousses and no-bake desserts for lightness.
